Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati is seeking a Cage Cashier to manage high-volume cage and cash transactions. The role involves handling imprest banks, balancing transactions, and maintaining compliance with Ohio Gaming Regulations and internal controls.

Excellent math, accuracy, and English communication are essential forguest interactions and operational integrity. Applicants should have a High School diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of cash handling experience; cage operations experience

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent and six (6) months of cash handling experience required.
Cage operations experience preferred.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide by fractions, whole numbers and decimals.

Responsibilities

Control and account for transactions for the cage windows and general cashiering windows.
Perform high volume cash and non-cash transactions for guests and internal customers in a courteous, accurate, and timely manner.
Balance and issue imprest banks issued to F&B and Hotel team members.
Enter patron transactions into the company computer system accurately.
Prepare paperwork, balance sheets and documents in accordance with the Ohio Gaming Regulations and Internal Controls.
Transfer cash, chips and checks between cages and/or departments accurately and efficiently.
Adhere to department policies and procedures to maintain integrity of Cage operation.
