Job Description

As a Cage Cashier, you will:

1. Execute guest monetary transactions at an assigned window bank.
2. Maintain accurate balances of company assets while providing excellent customer service.
3. Process all transactions and documentation in accordance with gaming regulations and company policies, including handling guest and company funds, exchanging chips and tickets, cashing checks, and processing markers.
4. Maintain bank balances and safeguard casino cage assets during your shift.
5. Assist guests with filling credit applications and maintain customer credit files.
6. Issue window markers and safety deposit boxes to guests.
7. Enter markers, fill, and credit slips into the computer system.
8. Assist guests with inquiries and inform them about current promotions.
9. Maintain a professional appearance and ensure workstations are fully stocked.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Previous experience in money handling or cashiering is preferred.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of currency.
• Ability to operate calculators, computers, and money counters.
• Physical ability to bend, push, lift, and carry up to 26 pounds.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary gaming licenses and certifications.
