The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for an Exit Booth Agent. The Exit Booth Agent will provide superior, friendly, and efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position.

This position pays starting at $14.00 per hour.

This role is located at 600 Rental Blvd., Kenner, LA. 70062.

Schedule (Part Time - 24 Hours)

Sunday: OFF

Monday: OFF

Tuesday: OFF

Wednesday: OFF

Thursday: 12:00pm - 10:00pm

Friday: 10:00am - 7:00pm

Saturday: 9:00am - 6:00pm

This is a part-time position located at 600 Rental Blvd., Kenner, LA. 70062.

The starting pay rate is $14.00/hour, with a $2.00 shift differential for Saturday and Sunday (pays $14.00/hour Monday-Friday, and $16.00/hour on Saturday and Sunday). Bonus opportunities are also available.

Responsibilities

We are hiring for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

• Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely
• Verify car information and VIN number for security and control
• Offer refueling options to Emerald Aisle members
• Maintain a neat and orderly appearance of the Exit Booth and surrounding areas
• Ensure the booth is stocked with necessary supplies
• Provide undivided attention to customers at the exit booth
• Greet customers, make eye contact, and thank them after transactions
• Assist with directions, maps, and local area information; resolve customer service issues efficiently
• Perform other customer service duties to meet service levels

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years; no recent DUI/DWI convictions
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Able to work the specified schedule
