Kansas Crossing Casino + Hotel is seeking a Cage and Club Cashier to provide gracious and warm service to guests while ensuring strict adherence to internal controls and gaming regulations. The role involves handling cash, balancing funds, and processing club memberships with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.

The successful candidate will work on-site, follow all policies, and contribute to a friendly, fun, and community-oriented guest experience at our Kansas venue.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard company assets and adhere to all cage and club policies and procedures.
• Maintain and be held accountable for all funds entrusted on an assigned shift.
• Create teamwork by helping co-workers with essential function.
• Balance all money transactions and paperwork.
• Meet attendance guidelines and adhere to policies.
• Adhere to policies including confidentiality of player information.
• Handle guest financial and club transactions.
• Be alert for fraud, counterfeit currency and vouchers.
• Balance funds and prepare reconciliation reports.
• Ensure cash inventory is secure at all times.
• Issue free slot play and food coupons up to authorized limits.
• Enter new Club memberships and data entry; promote Club membership.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Cage and Club Cashier is responsible to provide a level of service which is gracious, kind and warm that creates a sense of fondness that is Hometown Hospitality and have Fun with our guest. Comply and follow with strict adherence to Internal Control Policies and Procedures, state regulations, Bank Securities Act, Title 31 Rules and Regulations, and the companys Responsible Gaming Plan.

• Be alert for fraud, forged/counterfeit currency and/or vouchers.
• Balance all funds under his/her responsibility and prepare reconciliation reports accordingly.
• Ensure at all times that the cash inventory is well secured.
• Issue free slot play, up to authorized limit, and food coupons to guests.
• Enter all new Club memberships and data entry; promotes Club membership.
• Conduct him/her in a gracious, kind and warm manner that creates a sense of fondness, as well as professional, courteous and responsive manner, which reflects positively on the company and its core values of Fun, Friendly and Community.
