The Caffe Sr. Line Cook 3 executes various kitchen tasks as directed by the Cook Lead and Kitchen Manager, requiring knowledge of cooking techniques, methods, and equipment, along with adherence to health and food safety standards.

Description

We maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness at all times, including tidiness and proper equipment maintenance. Under supervision, you will follow detailed instructions for opening, closing, and service duties, using your culinary skills to execute tasks, assist with plating, and contribute to menu adjustments.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1.5 years of corporate Caffe Macs experience
• 1.5 years of senior kitchen line cook experience
• Ability to work with cold, heat, and water exposure
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, communication)
• Standing 100% of the time
• Valid Food Handler’s Card and non-slip shoes before start date
• Experience with high-volume food service (3-6 years), preferably in large corporate programs, hotels, resorts, or multi-restaurant chains
