Responsibilities

• Set up your food station according to Caffè guidelines.
• Prepare all food items as directed, ensuring sanitation and timeliness.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
• Restock items as needed during shifts.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and practice safety and organization.
• Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen and storage areas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Work Environment & Expectations

Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Follow detailed instructions for opening/closing and service duties. Manage multiple tasks efficiently, stay updated on health and safety rules, and work effectively within a team.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1.5 years of corporate kitchen Line Cook experience.
• Ability to work with exposure to cold, heat, and water.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Food Handler’s Card and non-slip shoes before starting.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.
• 1-4 years of customer service or high-volume food service experience.
• Basic cooking skills, knife handling, and cooking techniques.
