A motivated and hands-on leader to support the daily operation of the Team Member Cafeteria. This role is responsible for ensuring a consistently positive dining experience through food quality oversight, inventory management, sanitation standards, and team supervision. Working closely with department leadership, this position provides operational leadership during evenings, weekends, and other key business periods while coaching and developing team members to deliver exceptional service and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
