Responsibilities

Monitor students during lunch and recess to ensure safety and well-being, providing supervision in cafeteria and playground.
Promote positive behavior and social interactions, address conflicts and enforce school behavior policies.
Assist students with opening food containers, utensils, and drinks.
Encourage healthy eating habits and nutritious choices.
Address minor disputes calmly and guide students toward resolution.
Respond to emergencies or accidents; administer first aid and inform staff as needed.
Help maintain cleanliness in cafeteria and play areas; wipe tables and collect trash.
Engage with students during recess; encourage inclusive play and participation.
Model respectful behavior and foster a kind, inclusive environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
