• Address minor disputes calmly and guide to resolution.
• Respond to emergencies or accidents and administer first aid if necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness in cafeteria and play areas.
• Engage with students during recess and encourage inclusive play.
• Foster a respectful and inclusive environment.
