Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read simple recipes and follow directions.
• Gather items as directed by recipe.
• Weigh and measure designated ingredients.
• Store food and equipment in specified locations.
• Mix and stir ingredients.
• Slice and chop food.
• Add garnishes to food.
• Place food in proper place on serving line.
• Proportions and serve foods on serving line.
• Perform cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, etc.).
