Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Understands basic weights and measures.
• Understands basic mathematical functions.

Responsibilities

• Prepares area for food serving and sets up service areas with hot food items.
• Serves food in prescribed quantities per standards.
• Takes temperatures before and during meal service.
• Stocks supplies and assists in cleanup after meals.
