Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Able to operate general cafeteria equipment (warmer, fryer, slicer, grill, POS).
• Demonstrates teamwork and ability to follow directions.
• Must pass fingerprinting and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cold food production (salads, sandwiches, etc.).
• Support cooks; serve customers; maintain sanitary environment; assist with production records.
• Back up team members and assist in other areas as needed.
• Follow guidelines of the Bureau of Child Nutrition and participate in training programs.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area and adhere to safety and quality standards.
