Job summary

Taher, Inc. is seeking team members for a daytime shift from 7am to 2pm at our Highlands Ranch location. You will ensure guest satisfaction, prepare meals with proper portions and temperatures, and uphold safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, managing production sheets, and maintaining a clean workstation. Ideal candidates have prior food service experience, excellent communication, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills required.
• Ability to adapt and change in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to do simple arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of guest service at all times.
• Execute recipes to the letter.
• Prepare meals by using correct portioning, meeting standards, ensuring proper temperature, and appealing presentation.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Follows and completes production sheets.
• Meet deadlines for daily workload.
• Store or discard excess food per safe handling procedures.
• Set up and tear down of workstation.
• Receive and unpack food deliveries.
• Ensure food and supplies are stored per standards.
• Maintain polite and professional communication.
• Understand and utilize FIFO.
• Perform other related duties as requested by leadership.
