Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous cafeteria experience is a plus and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be accurate and detail-oriented.
• Pinal County approved food handler certificate or course is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of breakfast and lunch.
• Assist in setting up serving line.
• Assist in serving and clean up.
• Assist with receiving and storing stock.
• Maintain cleanliness of the unit.
• Ensure food safety per ServSafe methods.
• Fill out daily paperwork, temperature logs, and production sheets.
• Handle cash and reconcile at end of meals.
• Communicate with Kitchen Manager and/or Lead Cook.
• Respond to supervisor needs promptly and maintain confidentiality.
