Job summary

The St. Anthony Hotel, a Crescent Hotels & Resorts property in downtown San Antonio, seeks an outgoing Cafeteria/Banquet Cook to set up and clear tables, stock service stations, and assist food servers to ensure guest satisfaction.

This on-site role requires strong English communication, a team mindset, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. You will participate in culinary prep, assist with service, and help keep areas clean.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Certified Food Handler license and Alcohol Awareness certification.
• Ability to communicate in English and work well with guests.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, stock service stations, and assist food servers.
• Prepare cold items, prep/cook as needed, and maintain cafeteria cleanliness.
• Perform janitorial duties such as mopping, trash, and sweeping as time permits.
