Job summary

St. Anthony Hotel in downtown San Antonio, operated by Crescent Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Cafeteria/Banquet Cook who is outgoing, energetic and service‑minded.

You will set up and clear tables, stock stations and assist servers to ensure guest satisfaction. Situated in a historic AAA Four Diamond property, the role includes prep, cleaning, stocking, assisting with prep/cook, and maintaining station cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Professional appearance and team-oriented attitude.
• Willing to pitch in and help co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Wipe down tables and seats and maintain clean service areas.
• Set and stock tables, and replenish buffet line as needed.
• Clean and stock cafeteria; assist food servers with table service.
• Prepare cold items and assist in prep/cook when requested.
• Perform janitorial duties and ensure a safe, sanitary work environment.
