• Be an Expert: Prepares food per item specs, plans for production and seasonality, ensures food safety, sanitation, cold chain, and inventory.
• Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience, uses handheld devices for decisions.
• Be an Owner: Stocks and rotates merchandise, ensures quality/date control, reduces waste, assists members with purchases.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate, trains others, and promotes a respectful team culture.
• Complies with policies and standard operating procedures, documents progress, and adapt to change.
