• Be an Expert: Prepares food according to item specifications; plans for future productions and seasonal needs; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain, and inventory management; operates and sanitizes equipment; understands product and layout execution.
• Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; uses handheld technology to make decisions about production, ordering, and training; adapts to new tools.
• Be an Owner: Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control; eliminates waste; assists members with purchasing decisions and issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Brand advocate; mentors and inspires others to work in a respectful, supportive, team-oriented style; helps identify and remove roadblocks.
