• Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control; assists members with purchases; resolves issues.
• Brand ambassador; motivates others to work in a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented way; assists in training and removing roadblocks.
• Complies with policies, procedures, and ethics; supports open-door policy and business processes.
