Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Maintains knowledge of product specifications for prepared foods; collaborates with cross-functional teams and educates associates on tools, tasks and resources.
• Be an Expert: Prepares food to item specifications; plans for future/mass productions; adheres to safety, sanitation and inventory standards; operates and sanitizes equipment; understands product and layout execution.
• Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; uses handheld tech for decisions related to production, ordering, and training.
• Be an Owner: Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control; handles waste and assists customers with purchases and questions.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate; supports training and teamwork; helps others overcome roadblocks.
• Complies with company policies and ethics; follows Open Door Policy and applies them to business processes.
• Completes work by using policies, data, and resources; coordinates with managers and colleagues; identifies priorities and communicates progress.
