• Be an Expert: prepare food per specs, plan for seasonality, maintain sanitation and cold-chain, operate and clean equipment, ensure quality and layout execution.

• Be an Owner: manage stock and rotation, ensure quality, prevent waste, assist members with purchases and issues.
