Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding customer service and follows the 3 Steps to Great Service at all times.
• Works at all cafe stations and shifts for which trained; shifts include opening/closing, sandwich bar, pastry baking, and more.
• Supports training of team members and fosters an inclusive environment for new hires.
• Uses POS and cafe systems accurately and may place orders when assigned.
• Ensures cafe products meet Grand Central Bakery specifications and maintains quality during rushes.
• Maintains cleanliness and helps with bussing, dishes, and general cafe duties.
• Communicates respectfully with teammates and contributes to a collaborative atmosphere.
