Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC is seeking a Restaurant Team Member at our Williston travel center to deliver outstanding customer service and food quality. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare items, handle payments, keep areas clean, and work with a team to ensure smooth cafe operations.

Walk-in interviews are held weekdays 11am-4pm at 13553 64TH ST NW, WILLISTON, ND. Benefits include Health Care Plan, 401k/IRA, PTO, weekly pay, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a positive, friendly attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders, accurately enter them into the system, and ensure customer needs are met.
• Assist customers in selecting menu items, offering suggestions, and answering questions about the menu.
• Ensure customers receive their orders promptly and with the highest quality of service.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and elevate issues to management if needed.
• Prepare food and beverages according to café standards, including sandwiches, salads, soups, and other menu items.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain proper food storage and organization in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Keep dining and prep areas clean, organized, and sanitized throughout shifts.
• Operate the cash register and process customer payments accurately.
• Provide change, issue receipts, and balance cash drawer.
• Assist with inventory and stocking, including receiving and organizing deliveries.
• Work cooperatively with team members and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Follow all company policies and safety guidelines.
