Job summary

CITY HOME is seeking a Café Team Lead for the CITY Café and Wine Bar to oversee operations and enhance customer experience. Responsibilities include managing inventory, training staff, and ensuring compliance with ServSafe standards. Ideal candidates have a High-School Diploma and 1-5 years of relevant experience. Must be available for flexible hours including nights and weekends, with travel to different café locations.

We offer competitive compensation between $16.50 and $20 per hour and a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in a related field preferred.
• Must have valid Florida Driver License.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager to oversee and operate the CITY Café.
• Train new Baristas/Bartenders and conduct trainings.
• Monitor café equipment and schedule repairs as needed.
