Job summary

Dan's Management Co. is seeking a Senior Crew Captain for Dunkin locations in Rhode Island. You will coach team members during shifts to maintain brand standards, deliver great guest service and prepare for opening or closing.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and ensuring drive-through efficiency, inventory control, and prompt resolution of guest issues. This full-time position offers growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Capable of counting money and making change.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a healthy, safe and secure environment by following and enforcing food safety, safety and sanitation guidelines and comply with all applicable State and Federal laws.
• Assist in the development of employees through training and mentoring.
• Assist in executing all in-restaurant marketing promotions and new product rollouts in a timely manner.
• Follow and maintain quality and guest service standards including drive-through times.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing superior customer service and prompt problem resolution to guest complaints.
• Manage inventory and order food and beverages, equipment and supplies as needed.
• Comply with all restaurant's brand and franchisee policies and procedures.
• Performs minor equipment repair & troubleshooting. Follow email protocols to notify the maintenance department of equipment malfunctions and/or potential problems.

Job Description

Senior Crew Captains are generally responsible for coaching Dunkin Restaurant Team Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards, deliver great guest service and prepare the store for opening and/or end of day closure. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others providing timely feedback.
