Dan's Management Co., a Dunkin franchisee in Rhode Island, seeks a Senior Crew Captain to coach team members, ensure brand standards, and open/close shifts. You will drive guest service, manage duties and help motivate the crew to meet daily goals. Applicants should be fluent in English, able to handle cash, and be 18+ with a valid driver's license.

Availability nights, weekends and holidays is required. We offer growth opportunities and a management training program, with benefits for full-time

Qualificações

• Fluent in English.

• Have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and motor vehicle insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain safe, sanitary environment per state and federal laws.
• Develop employees through training and mentoring.
• Execute in-restaurant marketing promotions and new product rollouts promptly.
• Follow and maintain quality and guest service standards including drive-through times.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through superior service and prompt resolution of complaints.
• Manage inventory and order food, beverages, equipment and supplies.
• Comply with brand and franchisee policies and procedures.
• Perform minor equipment repair and notify maintenance of issues.

Job Description

Senior Crew Captains are generally responsible for coaching Dunkin Restaurant Team Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards, deliver great guest service and prepare the store for opening and/or end of day closure. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others providing timely feedback.

Essential Job Functions:

• Maintain a healthy, safe and secure environment by following and enforcing food safety, safety and sanitation guidelines and comply with all applicable State and Federal laws.
• Assist in the development of employees through training and mentoring.
• Assist in executing all in-restaurant marketing promotions and new product rollouts in a timely manner.
• Follow and maintain quality and guest service standards including drive-through times.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing superior customer service and prompt problem resolution to guest complaints.
• Manage inventory and order food and beverages, equipment and supplies as needed.
• Comply with all restaurant's brand and franchisee policies and procedures.
• Performs minor equipment repair & trouble shooting. Follow email protocols to notify the maintenance department of equipment malfunctions and/or potential problems.
