Eurest is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for Capital One Cafe in Dallas, TX. Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure tasks meet policy and quality standards.
• Provide training and create work schedules for staff.
• Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety targets are met.
• Act as a point of contact for employee requests and time-off issues.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
