Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity, and safety targets are met.
• Act as the point of contact for employee concerns and time-off requests.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
