Culver's in Wauwatosa is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations during designated shifts, supervise team members, and ensure guests receive outstanding service.

You will open and close the cafe, delegate tasks, handle cash deposits, train staff, and report issues to the general manager while maintaining health, safety, and company standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous experience as a restaurant shift leader or manager is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills are important.
