Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead cafe floor as leader-on-duty, delegating tasks and ensuring customer service.
• Assist with ordering coffee, milk, pastries, and inventory as needed.
• Monitor cash handling, drawers, deposits per procedures.
• Provide feedback to management on shift outcomes and cafe needs.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Contribute to inventory and monthly checks.
