Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating tasks of two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Knowledge of the retail environment and strong interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to consistent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to ensure high-quality beverages and food.
• Coach and coach-ment the preparation of drinks and foods to standard recipes and customer customizations.
• Direct and coordinate tasks of team members to meet service and safety standards.
