Qualifications

• One year of supervisory experience in high volume Food & Beverage operation.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with guests and employees.
• Ability to successfully pass ServSafe food sanitation class.

• Oversee the dining room, kitchen, bar, and special functions.
• Administer corrective actions and communicate with management as needed.
