Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications and assists cross-functional teams; educates associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicates effectively and adapts to business needs.
• Be an Expert: Prepares food according to item specifications; plans for future productions and seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation, cold chain, inventory; operates and sanitizes equipment.
• Be a Techie: Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates; uses handheld tech for production decisions, ordering, and training.
• Be an Owner: Stocks, rotates, ensures quality and date control; reduces waste and provides member service; assists with purchases and resolves issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate, supports training, and fosters a respectful, team-oriented environment.
