Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia is seeking a Food Service Associate to support daily café operations in a fast-paced environment, including rotation between salad, sandwich, and homestyle stations and assisting with food prep, stocking, and station maintenance.

You will prepare and serve meals with a focus on quality, presentation, and efficiency while upholding sanitation, food safety, and patient-specific service standards.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• 6+ months experience in food service preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Set up and stock stations before service to facilitate meal service and efficiency.
• May retrieve patient meal trays to ensure sanitary, safe and timely service.
• Follow sanitation and safety guidelines and maintain clean workspaces.
• Prepare and serve meals and beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Cross-train across tray line, storeroom and food prep areas as needed.
