A leading adventure entertainment company located in Westminster is seeking a Café Manager to oversee the operations of the Urban Air Café. The ideal candidate will manage a team, ensure high standards of food quality, inventory control, and customer service. Applicants should have experience in food and beverage management and possess strong leadership skills. This position involves hands-on work, direct team oversight, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Formación

• Minimum of two years’ previous F&B experience in quick service or restaurant.
• 1-3 years’ management experience in hospitality preferred.
• Current Food Handling Certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operations of the Urban Air Café and guide Team Members.
• Ensure all deliveries are correctly received and logged.
• Train Café staff in food preparation and service.
