Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience in food service. Strong MS Office skills and a commitment to sanitation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in restaurants, hotels, or related food service operations.
• Operational knowledge of cash handling and food service equipment.
• Proficient MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills.
• ServSafe or health certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, supervise, train, and coach associates.
• Plan, market, and execute events in the cafe.
• Ensure sanitation and cleaning standards.
• Operate within budget and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage cafe operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
