We are inviting you to apply for t he Café Mirage Line Cook position . I n this role, you will be responsible for t he quick service and food preparation for all guests. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, preparation of food items, visually inspecting all food products, kitchen sanitation, as well as receiving/inspecting bulk orders ensuring they are put away correctly.

We do require that you have the background consisting of 1 year of progressive experience as a culinary graduate and/or a minimum of 1-year culinary experience in a hotel restaurant/ food outlet facility or related field. State or local law may require a certificate upon completion of state certified proper food handling certification. Serv Safe Certification is preferred.
