Howley Bread Group (HBG) is seeking a Cafe Manager to lead daily café operations and guide a dedicated team at our Newington location. You will partner with leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role within retail, hospitality, or food service preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Full-time (40 hours) including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operational leadership: assist General Manager in daily café operations.
• Team development: coach and develop team members for growth and high performance.
• Customer service excellence: ensure outstanding guest experiences and resolve issues.
• Financial management: support budgeting and cost control.
• Compliance & safety: uphold food safety, cleanliness and policy compliance.
