Qualifications

• At least two years of café/food service management or supervisory experience.
• Current ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification or equivalent.
• Hands‑on experience using commercial espresso equipment and espresso drinks.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise café employees.
• Manage attendance, shift coverage, and employee performance.
• Lead opening, closing, and shift handover procedures.
• Prepare espresso drinks and beverages; take orders and operate the register when needed.
• Coordinate in‑person service with online, pickup, and delivery orders.
• Ensure orders are accurate, properly packaged, and ready on time.
• Monitor ordering platforms; update item availability and resolve issues.
• Maintain consistent recipes, portions, presentation, and customer service.
