Job summary

Bon Appetit Management Company is seeking a Cafe Manager to oversee day-to-day foodservice operations. You will lead a team of associates, manage client relationships, and drive profitability for the account.

In this role you will partner with the Chef and management team to deliver nutritious, high-quality meals, implement new culinary initiatives with marketing and culinary teams, and act as a liaison among the Company, client, and community.

Qualifications

• BS Hospitality degree preferred.
• Three to five years of foodservice management experience required.
• Dining experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Maintains excellent relationships with the client

Job Summary

Working as the Cafe Manageryou will be responsible for overseeing the day to day Foodservice operations. You will manage and lead a team of employees and you will be responsible for managing client relationships, profitability of the account, and talent development.
