Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Food Preparation: Prepare for service a variety of cafe and bar food offerings.
2. Maintaining Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe, bar, and dining areas, including regular cleaning of equipment and surfaces.
3. Menu Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of the menu offerings, including ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods, to assist customers with their selections.
4. Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and alcohol service laws to ensure a safe and legal environment for patrons and staff.
5. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members to maintain a cohesive and efficient work environment.
