Job summary

Biltmore in Asheville seeks Kitchen/F&B Café Attendants to provide warm hospitality at The Kitchen and other F&B locations. You will serve guests, keep areas stocked and clean, and learn the Micros system while handling cash with care.

This role supports a cohesive team, contributes to a world class guest experience, and adapts to a dynamic work environment. Shifts vary, typically Monday–Sunday 7am–5:30am availability, with an average of 20–29 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or guest service experience preferred.
• Cheerful, caring attitude and genuine desire to deliver world class service.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash/credit transactions.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to learn Biltmore products, systems and procedures.
• Strong team player and good judgment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Serving and taking care of the guest.
• Keeping the area stocked, well maintained, neat and tidy.
• Keep product stocked and fresh at all times.
• Responsible for learning Micros system.
• Have excellent cash handling skills.
• Keeping work area cleaned and sanitized following Health Department guidelines.
• Knowledgeable on all menu offerings.
• Cleaning of all coffee and espresso machines and preparation areas; completes all side work/duties and/or opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of Village Hotel and Antler Hill Village, Biltmore events and Asheville area information.
