Qualifications

• Experience on a hot fire line and ability to communicate with team members and leadership.
• Dynamic individual with kitchen experience and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food, plan production for breakfast and lunch, follow standard recipes and special diet orders.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and maintain sanitation.
• Keep kitchen and appliances clean and sanitized at the end of the day.
• Create weekly and daily grill specials with creativity.
