Qualifications

• Specialty coffee experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation, able to travel to all locations.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• High initiative and self-management skills, willing to take direction.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, ~8 hours each workday.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of operations within the café.
• Achieves all goals related to Sales, COGs, Labor, and Pace.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment for team members and guests.
• Implements Ascension Coffee standards as directed by Brand Leadership.
• Drives sales growth through improved service and clean merchandising.
