Our Cafe Team Members work together to serve our customers quality baked goods, coffee drinks, and sandwiches as efficiently as possible. Our Managers assign stations based on strength and preference; however, some flexibility is required. We love to cross-train and promote from within! Our cafe is high volume during peak times, and we strive to produce a fast, friendly experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide friendly, quality service at an efficient pace.
2. Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high business volume.
3. Communicate with shift managers and coworkers to ensure timely customer service and food and drink preparation.
4. Contribute to a respectful work environment by behaving professionally towards coworkers, managers, and guests.
5. Be a team player by proactively assisting coworkers.
6. Deliver excellent customer service with a customer-first attitude.
7. Follow operational policies and procedures, including safety, security, cash handling, and food safety protocols.
8. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
9. Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
10. Present oneself in a neat, well-groomed manner, dressed in the company uniform.

Qualifications:

Compensation:
