Qualifications

• Previous cook or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food in a timely manner following all recipes and plating specifications.
• Fulfill customer tickets within 8 minutes.
• Maintain punctual attendance and keep stations stocked and organized.
• Complete prep items and prep sheet as needed.
• Label, date, and store all food items properly.
• Perform cleaning tasks daily, weekly, and monthly per checklist.
• Communicate with baristas and store leadership about tickets or issues.
• Open and close tasks as required by shift.
• Maintain a customer-first attitude and overall kitchen cleanliness.
