Colectivo Coffee is seeking a Café Co-Worker in Wisconsin to welcome guests and deliver exceptional service every shift. You’ll learn the products and quality standards that define our brand while contributing to a warm, inviting café atmosphere.

As part of the Retail team, you will assist with coffee preparation, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety guidelines. This role blends hospitality, beverage prep, and daily café upkeep, with opportunities for growth through hands-on training.

• 6–12 months espresso preparation experience preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY

Our café team is the heart of Colectivo Coffee. As a Café Co-Worker, you’ll create welcoming moments, provide exceptional service, and maintain a café environment people love returning to.

This role blends hospitality, food and beverage preparation, customer service, and café upkeep. You’ll gain deep knowledge of the products, experience, and quality standards that define our brand.
