Bally's Corporation is hiring for a café team member to craft beverages, handle food prep, and deliver outstanding guest service on shift at our casino venue. You will manage POS transactions, maintain cleanliness, and support inventory and setup tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, teas, smoothies and other specialty drinks according to recipes.
• Prepare sandwiches, pastries and cafe items following food safety guidelines.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and product recommendations.
• Process cash, card and other payments through POS system.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary cafe and dining area.
• Stock and replenish cafe supplies as needed and rotate inventory (FIFO).
• Follow health, safety and sanitation regulations and proper food handling.
• Operate cafe equipment and POS systems safely and efficiently.
• Assist with opening/closing duties including setup, cash handling and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments for smooth operations.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, promotions and seasonal products.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, teas, smoothies, and other specialty drinks according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Prepare sandwiches, pastries, and other café food items while following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and making product recommendations.
• Accurately process cash, credit card, and other electronic payment transactions through the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary café, dining, and food preparation areas throughout each shift.
• Stock and replenish coffee, food, paper products, and other café supplies as needed.
• Monitor product freshness and rotate inventory using First-In, First-Out (FIFO) practices.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including proper food handling procedures.
• Operate café equipment, including espresso machines, coffee brewers, blenders, ovens, and POS systems, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, cash handling, and equipment maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure efficient operations and a positive guest experience.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalated issues to a supervisor when appropriate.

Target Compensation Range:
