Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens is seeking a part-time Cafe Cashier to provide exemplary customer service and handle cash transactions at the café. The role involves ensuring cleanliness, stocking supplies, and assisting with daily operations within a beautiful botanical setting.
Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens offers world-class horticulture, art & nature-based exhibitions and educational programs. The 13-acre indoor and outdoor facility—situated two miles from downtown Columbus—features glasshouses including the historic John F. Wolfe Palm House; botanical gardens including the Scotts Miracle-Gro Foundation Children’s Garden and Scotts Miracle Gro-Foundation Community Garden Campus; and event venues. The Conservatory is home to the largest collection of Chihuly glass in a botanical garden and Light Raiment II by internationally renowned artist James Turrell. Job Summary: Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens seeks a Part-time Cafe Cashier to process accurate cash register transactions at the Conservatory’s café locations (Atrium/Children’s Garden), while providing outstanding customer service for all guests and employees of the Conservatory.
Additional Information: Part-Time Regular staff will receive complimentary Conservatory membership, accrued sick time and participation in the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System (OPERS).
Compensation: $16/hr + tips
