Job summary

Life Protect 24/7, Inc. is seeking a full-time Bistro associate to support on-site cafe operations at our Norfolk facility. You will welcome customers, ring orders, process payments, and maintain clean, stocked dining areas.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and adherence to food safety standards in a fast-paced call center environment with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in the food service industry preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for customers.
• Accurately ring food orders in a timely manner.
• Handle all credit/debit card and payroll deduction transactions.
• Ensure condiment and utensil stations are stocked and accessible to customers.
• Clean and arrange dining, serving, and kitchen areas.
• Resolve customer complaints/issues and partner with leader if needed.
• Clean and sanitize work areas to meet local food safety regulations.
• Assist other team members with food preparation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
